We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CASTIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
CASTIQ operates in strict compliance with IAB standards, Google Ads policies, Facebook advertising guidelines, Apple's ATT framework, and all applicable platform requirements. Our identity resolution technology adheres to industry best practices for data collection, processing, and audience segmentation across digital advertising ecosystems.
Our identity graph platform maintains compliance with CCPA, GDPR, COPPA, PIPEDA, and other applicable data protection regulations. We implement privacy-by-design principles and provide comprehensive opt-out mechanisms for all data subjects. Cross-border data transfers comply with Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
All proprietary algorithms, audience segments, identity resolution methodologies, AI models, and technological innovations are owned exclusively by CASTIQ and protected by intellectual property laws, trade secret protections, and confidentiality agreements. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Participation in CreatorCAST requires compliance with platform-specific monetization policies. Revenue sharing arrangements are subject to separate agreements. CASTIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator partnerships for policy violations or performance issues without prior notice.
In no event shall CASTIQ's total liability exceed the amount paid by client in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
